Founded in 1878, our mission at PAADV is to provide temporary financial support to physicians in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey who are facing unanticipated hardships. 

Our clients include those with chronic illness, catastrophic injury, recovery from substance dependency or other problems that have disrupted their ability to meet the challenges of their careers as physicians. We have helped many doctors and their families get through tough times.
